Returns

• Items may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
• To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
• Proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt, is required for all returns.
• For health and safety reasons, certain items such as opened pet food, treats, grooming products, and personalized items may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the issue so we can quickly resolve the matter.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error or a defective product.

Exchanges

Return Shipping

• We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Paws & Play cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process outlined above.
